At Turbyfield & Sons Builders, we understand that not all clients are able to be on-site for the duration of their renovation or extension project. One such project was the extension and refurbishment of a property for a remote client.
Working on behalf of the client, who only visited the project twice, we undertook a total refurbishment of the property, including a 25 square meter single-story extension. This project required a complete rewire and the installation of a new central heating system, as well as a new bathroom and carpets throughout.
To make the renovation process as seamless as possible for our client, we took on the task of choosing and fitting the kitchen and bathroom on their behalf. The property was taken back to brick, allowing us to complete a total restoration of the property, ensuring that it was brought back to its former glory.
Despite the distance and logistical challenges of the project, we were able to deliver exceptional results. Our team of highly skilled tradespeople and craftsmen worked diligently to ensure that every detail was attended to, and that the finished product was of the highest quality.
