This project involved a total restoration of the property, including extensive stonework, external works, and window restoration. We also installed a new kitchen with granite countertops, renovated the bathrooms with full painting, and dug down to lower the kitchen floor. To ensure the longevity of the property, we also had to damp-proof the kitchen and install a new heating system.
During the course of the project, we discovered wood worm infestation, which required a complete fumigation of the property. We took great care to ensure that the property was restored to its original condition, preserving its historic character and charm.
This was a large-scale project, but we were able to complete it to the highest standards within the agreed timeframe and budget. Our team of highly skilled tradespeople and craftsmen worked diligently to ensure that every detail was attended to, and that the finished product was of the highest quality.
